How to Make a Bootable Image With Power ISO
Power
ISO allows you to make bootable images and retrieve boot information,
as well. Power ISO supports Windows 32-and 64-bit, and you can install
this program on Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista and Windows 7.

Launch Power ISO.

Click "New" on the toolbar or select "File > New > Data CD/DVD Image" from the Power ISO menu.

Click the "Add" button on the toolbar to add a file or a folder. Alternatively, you can drag a file or folder from Windows Explorer into Power ISO.

Create new folders by selecting the "Action> New Folder" menu.

Select "File > Properties" to change the file properties.

Click the menu "File > Save As" or click "Save" on the toolbar to save file properties.

Select "Tools > Boot > Add Boot Information" to load the bootable image.

Save the ISO in the format "Standard ISO Images (*.iso)"
